Founding Partner of Blue Skies Products (UK) and Blue Skies Ghana Ltd in 1999, now a successful fruit processing company employing over 1000 staff. Was one of the pioneers of Aquaculture in Ghana and MD of the first company (Crystal Lake Fish Ltd) to be given a permit for aquaculture on the Volta Lake. Enabled Crystal Lake Fish Ltd to twice win the National Best fingerlings award, and indirectly helped create over 100,000 employment opportunities within the newly emerging aquaculture sector
Established the first equity microfinance equity fund domicile in Ghana Worked with Bank of Ghana to modify the law, to enable foreign companies invest in rural banks JCS also facilitated the establishment of the SolarKiosk venture in Ghana and acted as the local partner and facilitator of the Coca Cola EKOCENTER initiative Under Patricia’s leader JCS Investments Ltd was one of the funding member of ANDE

Agyeman Boakye (Senior Investment Analyst)
Agyeman holds an M.Sc. in International Banking & Finance from the University of Salford(Manchester, UK). He is a qualified financial accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA), UK. He has over ten (10) years experience in finance, investment/credit appraisal, investment management, due diligence reviews, etc.
Prior to rejoining JCS in January 2012, he worked with the UT Bank as a Credit Manager where he evaluated many projects/applications from clients in the informal sector. Agyeman previously worked with JCS Investments Ltd as Senior Investment Analyst and played key roles in the fund raising activities for the Goodwell Microfinance Fund. He also worked as Investment Analyst with Activity Venture Finance Company (AVFC), which was managed by JCS Investments Ltd where he gained a lot of experience in managing investments in the microfinance, agri-business, educational sectors.
Before joining AVFC he was the investment manager with New Generation Investment Services Ltd which is the Fund Manager of Anidaso Mutual Fund, a mutual fund based in Kumasi. In addition to appraising investment proposals, he helps in the fund raising activities of the organization and also supervises other investment professionals of the organization. He is also responsible for monitoring and management of investee companies and well as reporting. Agyeman is a representative of Goodwell on the board of Nwabiagya Rural Bank in Ashanti Region.
Reuben Danyi Danaah (Investment Analyst)
Reuben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) Degree in Accounting from the University Cape Coast, Ghana. Reuben has over three (3) years of work experience in Finance and Accounting acquired from working with various financial institutions and Rural Banks. He brings a wealth of experience into this new role with JCS Investments Ltd. He has also written the Ghana Stock Exchange Training program courses pending certification.
Prior to joining JCS Investments Ltd, Reuben worked with Cyrano Fund management Ghana Limited as an investment analyst where he performed portfolio, qualitative and quantitative analyses of Savings and Loans companies, Microfinance and Rural Banks for investment purposes.
Among his greatest specialty includes rising Debt and/or Equity Finance for Financial Institutions, credit appraisal, investment management, due diligence reviews and risk management.
Mary Asantewaa Boateng (Accounts Manager)
Mary holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from the the University of Cape Coast and is currently studying with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana,(ICAG). She has over 5 years working experience in the areas of accounting, operations and administration.
Before joining the dedicated high profiled team of JCS, Mary worked with the Banking & Operations Department of GCB and with the Finance Department of UT Bank Ghana Ltd. She also worked with the Ghana Girl Guides Association, an NGO based in Accra, where she played the role of both the Centre Manager and Accounts Manager.
Mary is a young professional who has great expertise in accounts management and people management.
Aside her work with which she is so passionate about, Mary has great interests in singing and playing table tennis.
Alexander Amankwah (IT Manager)
Alex is an energetic and 'up to the task' IT expert who holds a degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and has extensive knowledge of networking, programming and operating systems. Before joining the vibrant team at JCS Investments, he was the Network Administrator for Sockeworks Global Ltd and completed attachments with other firms e.g. Kwahuman Health Insurance. He is a specialist in the creation and management of user friendly systems and in providing IT support. In addition to being professional, he has a great sense of humour and is very committed to his work.
